Working with the brokerage as an adviser
If you introduce SeguroLaboral to your clients, this is the legal framework for working together, before anything is signed.
What the adviser does
Introduces the service to clients with staff and, with their authorisation, receives the result.
Does not advise on insurance: the recommendation and the policy always belong to the brokerage.
Everything employment-related stays yours: payroll, contracts and the client relationship.
What the law requires (art. 137 of Royal Decree-law 3/2020)
A commercial collaboration contract with the brokerage.
Registration in our register of external collaborators.
Commercial and professional good standing, and the training the rules require for your role.
Remuneration
It is set in writing in the contract. We do not place policies today, so there is no commission to share: we say so before you introduce anyone.
