This website uses no advertising, personalisation or cross-site tracking cookies or other techniques, whether its own or third-party, and embeds no pixels, heatmaps or social network scripts.

We do not show a consent notice because everything stored or read in your browser is technical, needed to deliver and protect the site or for what you request on it, and exempt from consent (art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002). Each item is listed below with its purpose and duration.

• __cf_bm, a technical cookie of our hosting provider: tells people from bots to protect the site. It lasts 30 minutes.
• __dpl, a technical cookie of our hosting provider: keeps your visit on the same published version of the site. It lasts up to 7 days.
• tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3, browser session storage: remembers where you were on the page when you go back. It is deleted when you close the tab.
• The session of the internal console (sb-…-auth-token), in the browser's local storage: it only exists for brokerage staff who sign in to it and lasts until they sign out.
