A new, specialised, traceable brokerage looking for capacity

Recently authorised brokerage (2026), no prior portfolio, focused on digital businesses and professionals. This page exists so your due diligence can start and finish here.

LABORAL STACK combines specialisation in business risks with a digital, structured and traceable operation. We are opening agreements and codes to start placing professional indemnity, cyber, D&O and legal protection. We do not present as available any product, carrier or terms that have not been formalised.

Regulatory identity

  • LABORAL STACK DIGITAL, S.L. · Tax ID B26649111 · Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 583, 08011 Barcelona.

  • Insurance brokerage registered in the DGSFP administrative register of distributors under key J4590 (definitive resolution of 16/07/2026).

  • Professional indemnity insurance in force and financial capacity in place pursuant to Royal Decree-Law 3/2020.

  • Customer Service department in operation, with its procedure and DGSFP escalation published.

  • Segregated client-funds account (art. 136 RDL 3/2020).

Every registration can be verified in the DGSFP public register under key J4590.

Model and segments

Inbound acquisition through a concrete offer (the initial risk review, a written analysis of exposure and cover) which produces documented, submission-ready case files. Segments, in order of priority:

1 · Digital businesses and professionals
Professional indemnity, cyber, D&O and complementary covers for SMEs and professionals with technology and data exposure.
2 · Employment protection
Employment legal defence and income protection, within our vertical SeguroLaboral.es (in preparation).
3 · Collective-agreement accident cover
For SMEs whose sector agreement requires it.

Distribution

  • Own digital channel (laboralstack.es) with structured intake in both languages.

  • Targeted B2B correspondence with carriers and networks, no mass prospecting.

  • Phased launch with no volume promises: each line opens when its agreement is signed.

Technology and controls

We have built capabilities for structured intake, validation, traceability and operational automation, which adapt to each carrier's product, underwriting and workflow. Controls in force:

  • Structured record of every request and case file, with an append-only activity trail.

  • Human review in every regulated decision; no customer-facing AI.

  • Data minimisation: no special categories, no trackers, defined and published retention.

  • Truthful identification in all communication: we do not announce what we cannot yet provide.

What we bring and what we request

We bring

  • A defined segment (digital businesses and professionals) worked with specialisation.

  • Documented case files: every request arrives with structured risk information.

  • A digital, traceable operation that adapts to your workflow, with human review.

  • Direct dialogue with the managing director.

We request

  • From carriers: appointment or code to distribute your existing products, with written terms (acceptance of a recently authorised brokerage without portfolio, the onboarding contact, documentation, real timelines, and lines, minimums and exclusivity).

  • From associations and networks: membership terms and carrier access for a recently authorised brokerage.

  • From specialised providers: written B2B terms.

Panel status

We are building the carrier panel: we publish no carrier today because no agreement has been formalised. Each carrier will appear here once its agreement is signed; not before, and never as a decorative logo.

The criteria we use to choose who we work with

  • Public solvency and rating.

  • Claims handling with a verifiable track record.

  • A quote-and-issue workflow operable digitally for SMEs.

  • Real appetite for our segment, in written terms.

  • Clarity on commissions, minimums and portfolio ownership.

Documentation available on request

Originals are not published; they are provided to each counterparty during onboarding:

  • DGSFP registration resolution (key J4590, definitive 16/07/2026).

  • Professional indemnity policy and certificate of payment.

  • Customer Service (SAC) filing receipt.

  • Tax ID card and deeds.

  • IDD Level 1 qualification diploma.

  • Bank certificate of the segregated account (art. 136), if requested.
