The offer
Initial risk review
A written analysis of your exposure and your cover. Free, without commitment, and human-reviewed.
Before proposing any policy, a brokerage has to understand the risk. That preliminary work is exactly what we offer today, formalised in a document: what risks your business runs, what you already have covered, and what gaps remain against professional indemnity, cyber, D&O and legal protection. It is yours, whether you continue with us or with any other intermediary.
What you receive
A structured document with four blocks:
- 1 · Exposure map
- Your activity, client contracts, the data you process and your technology dependencies, read as concrete risks.
- 2 · Cover inventory
- The policies you already hold, with their renewal calendar: the snapshot almost no company keeps up to date.
- 3 · Gaps and overlaps
- Which exposures remain uncovered (or covered twice) against professional indemnity, cyber, D&O and legal protection.
- 4 · Market-ready information
- Your risk data organised the way an insurer asks for it, so terms can be requested without starting over.
How it works
- 01
Request (5 minutes)
You fill in the form with your activity and current cover. We reply within 1 business day.
- 02
Context
If information is missing, we ask for it by email or in a short call, only what the analysis needs.
- 03
Preparation and review
We prepare the document and a person reviews it before it goes out: José Schröder, director of the brokerage. Indicative delivery: one week.
- 04
Next step, with you
We go through the result together and you decide. Once our carrier panel is open, the same information serves to request terms from the market.
No automated conclusions: the analysis is signed by a person, based on the information you provide.
Who it is for
Companies and professionals whose activity is digital or technology-dependent: SaaS and product, agencies and consultancies, ecommerce and services handling client data, and professionals with technology exposure. It is especially useful if any of these apply:
You have a policy renewal within the next 6 months.
A client requires specific insurance in a contract or annex.
You have experienced (or seen up close) a security incident.
An investor or board member arrives and asks for D&O.
Nobody has ever explained what your current policies cover (and what they don't).
What it is NOT
So you decide with the right expectations:
It is not a quote and includes no prices: prices are set by the insurance market.
It is not a personal product recommendation: that comes, with its formal analysis, when there is a concrete proposal.
It is not underwriting and does not guarantee insurability: accepting a risk is each insurer's decision.
It is not legal advice.
See an example before you ask for one
We have published a complete review of a fictitious company, “Ejemplo Digital, S.L.”, so you can see exactly what you would receive: the format, the depth and the kind of conclusions.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost?
- Nothing. It is the preliminary analysis a brokerage must do before proposing cover; we deliver it in writing and without commitment.
- Why is it free? Where is the business?
- A brokerage is remunerated by insurers' commission when it places a policy. The review is how we start that relationship by doing the work first. If you end up contracting nothing, the document is still yours.
- What data do you need?
- What the form asks for (activity, approximate size, current cover) and, if you agree, the wordings of your current policies. We do not ask for health data or special categories.
- Who prepares and signs the analysis?
- José Schröder, director of LABORAL STACK DIGITAL, S.L., an insurance brokerage registered with the DGSFP under key J4590.
- How long does it take?
- We reply to the request within 1 business day and indicative delivery is one week, depending on the information available.
- Can I buy the policies through you afterwards?
- Not yet: we are building our carrier panel. The review leaves your information ready to request market terms as soon as that step is available, or for you to use with whoever you choose.
